What is the life expectancy of my HVAC system?
What brands do you install?
We are not brand specific, meaning that if we quote you a Goodman equipment and you prefer Rheem we'll provide you exactly with what you ask. Now a days, no brand is really superior to another unless you're purchasing high end models. All brands provide a 10 year parts warranty when registered.
What are labor warranties?
Labor warranties are coverages provided by an insurer. Yes, your payment for the warranty does not go to us but is paid to an insurance company. This means that if for whatever reason we cannot provide service, you can use any other AC provider on the insurers list.
Do I need HVAC maintenance?
Realistically, AC equipment should be maintained once a year. While maintenances are more like a check up, it will alert you to any potential issues. Also most manufacturers and labor warranty companies require that the unit be maintained at least once a year in order to provide coverage.
